Customer requests their desired time for phone call. If it is not available, one of Santa's Elves will contact the customer via e-mail or phone call to set a different time. Santa will call the child within a 15 minute range either before or after the set time.
In order to personalize the phone call one of Santa's Elves will contact you via phone to get personal information about the child.
